The Life of a Magical Circle is an abstract and philosophical game that reflects upon the difficulty of fulfilling one's purpose in life, and why we make choices that distract us away from this goal.
You will take control of a circular creature in a randomly generated, particle-filled, 2D, top-down, vertically scrolling and horizontally looping world, which you will traverse with nothing more than the smooth, fluid, swimming movement of your mouse, and where you will come across a variety of tempting consumables with varying effects as you weave your way around obstacles that impede you.
It's up to you to understand what the circle's purpose in life is, and, if you can, to resist being distracted away from fulfilling it. Somewhat in the style of a roguelite, the progress that you make in one circle's life (i.e. attempt at beating the game) will strengthen you in the next.
