A new game in the Vlad Voievode Dracula series, taking place before Episode 1. It's about the real historical Dracula, Vlad Tepes Dracula, the Voievode (Warlord) of Wallachia.
While being held as prisoner to the Ottoman Court, Dracula travels to slave markets, dungeons and prisons to recruit skilled warriors. This is when he finds out about a great archer held in the darkest dungeon under the Castle of Egrigoz, someone that would be the perfect fit for the mission he has in mind. So Dracula decides to take him.
Mechanically is a Classicvania game, a linear metroidvania inspired by NES Classics like Castlevania, Ninja Gaiden III, Batman The Video Game, among others. There are 3 Dungeons to be explored, and they become more and more difficult to beat.
Dracula uses a Kilij Sword as his main weapon, and the throwing axe as a secondary weapon. But he can only carry 3 axes at a time, so you will need to switch between weapons...
