This rain will never end unless you discover who killed the mayor of the city in retro noir detective adventure!

One month ago the rain started pouring down nonstop on the Unnamed city.
The mayor Joes Walker was killed and the federal detective Piper Bender arrives in the locked city sinking in the rain. The mayor was on the dinner with 5 very important citizens and in 2 hours after the dinner was found at his office in the puddle of his blood holding a single note with "This rain will never end....." on it.

So you are in the game now and will have to find a killer by:
