The World Well: Blood of Caro

The World Well: Blood of Caro is a narrative text-based adventure game set in a world where magic and sci-fi technology coexist; a world in conflict, where many different races battle for control over the Quartz, the energy source that powers magic. Ruled by a militaristic race of Vampires who pray on the masses of humans as well as the hybrids of human and vampires, shunned by both races for their mixed heritage.



The two protagonists, 4 and Noma, each have their own goals and motivations – but both will find themselves immersed in the bigger history of their world, struggling not to drown in the tide of the times. 4 is a hybrid who lives in the fringes of society. Once a slave of powerful vampire nobles, she was raised and taught combat by the man who freed her from her owners – and when the vampires’ finally got back to him, 4 started a vendetta to avenge his death.
