Players compete in a round-based first to 3 wins system that is balanced through time rewinding set by the round loser to balance the scales of skill against strategy.StoryT.I.M.E is set in an oppressive alternate reality of a centralized totalitarian government that has failed to succeed in its Utopian plan. Their failure has fractured their diesel-guzzling and highly industrialized society. With no way back on track to their Utopian plan and infighting set in, the top brass have decided to buy themselves some time to make amends.
