Well ... this "much more" thing is the revenge of the not working "idle" joke in german. :D
Building the rocket will last a long time, even if you can get all the resources required. You should decrease the research time, for sure it will then work and all the "important persons" can manage to escape from the wasted earth.
Of course, you have to stay. But no worries, just keep gathering resources. I bet there are still some locked achievements left.Features
