Outbreak Island: Pendulum is a free version of the open-world survival simulator Outbreak Island.

Welcome to Erlsen Island, a former nature reserve and scientific reservation. This place used to be the center of advanced human brain research. Now the island has become a dangerous place, as its population has gone insane after a mysterious experiment, and at night an eerie green beam of light burns in the sky.

As Detective Howard Chapman, you witness a plane crash. Now you need to find the downed plane because there might be a walkie-talkie to call for help and save your life.
