Making History: The First World War has been crafted to offer the player a strategic level experience from one of the most catastrophic events in human history. WWI initiated the industrialization of warfare and the introduction of new weapons with massive destructive power. In Making History: The First World War, the player must balance between military, economic and social investments. At the same time, there is an arms and technology race to gain an advantage on your rivals. This is a war between the great powers of the age, each straddling to one degree or another, the old world and the new. Nations must fight to survive continental ambitions and the burgeoning social upheavals emanating from new ideological forces. Europe is at its height of power. They control the world and are on the verge of destroying themselves.
