Lost In The Open is a turn-based tactical roguelike set in a low-fantasy medieval world.You play as Nrvesk, the ruler of Ruedome. Your reign was bloody, oppressive and unjust. Whether it be because of your inaction, selfish action or evil action, your past crimes have caught up to you. Consequently, you are the target of an assassination attempt made by your allies. By some miracle, your band of renowned bodyguards manage to keep you alive and rush you to a hidden backdoor which faces directly into the forests of Wailon, a no-man's land between Ruedome and Stratha.
