In the Combat Simulator mode, you'll face off against various challenges like the cursed mode, where you'll lose health over time, or the scavenge mode where you'll have to visit buildings to find weapons. Kill enemies to gain the Blood Meter, and use a full Blood Meter to activate a healing spell.
