Epi-Derick is a dystopian simulation-puzzle game set in a remote UK town where a mysterious accident has turned every citizen into an identical clone. They all share the same face, yet claim different names, styles, and personalities — though how much of that identity is real remains uncertain.
You play as the town’s newly appointed pharmacist. Each day, citizens arrive with symptoms, and your job is to give them the medication they need. You must ask for their details, and dispense the correct treatment — all while managing your finances and minimizing dangerous side effects.
