Once upon a time there was a small dung beetle, and like most dung beetles it was hungry. Mushroom season was coming to an end, but there were still rosetops to be found, a favourite in the beetle community.
When morning came purple dung beetles flocked out of their homes dead-set on getting their tiny insect hands on the much sought-after treat. In the end, only one single beetle remained, and it just so happens to be the hero of our story. With its broken wings everything seemed doomed...
